We recognise that making a claim on your insurance can sometimes be a daunting, and frustrating experience.  Therefore we are committed to guiding you through every stage of the claims process and keeping you informed throughout of any developments or requirements from your insurance company.

If you need to make a claim on one of the commercial insurance policies shown on this website, you may in the first instance call us on 01539 721736 to discuss your circumstances.

At any stage thereafter please feel free to call our highly professional team to discuss the progress of your claim, and be assured that we will work tirelessly on your behalf to ensure satisfaction.

Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 12pm

If you need to make a claim Outside office hours please refer to your Insurer Policy documents for details of their emergency helpline numbers.

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The welfare and safety of customers and staff is our absolute priority, so our offices are now closed to walk in customers and visitors until further notice.
